We’re looking for an HR & Office Manager
to join our Tel Aviv office for a 6-month parental leave cover. This is a part-time (50%) position, central to maintaining a smooth employee experience, ensuring our office runs seamlessly, and supporting our team’s growth and culture.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new joiners and leavers.
• Partner with team leads to support recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with Theator’s Culture Team to plan and execute welfare initiatives, volunteering activities, and team events.
• Foster a positive office atmosphere and champion employee satisfaction.
• Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management and administrative duties.
• Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.
• Assist with IT infrastructure coordination and troubleshooting.
• Support the finance team with tasks such as processing invoices, setting up payments, and handling reimbursements.

Requirements:

• A people-first mindset with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hebrew & English).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
