Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Clinical Trial Dietitian and be at the forefront of groundbreaking research that aims to transform the lives of cancer patients. We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable self-starter to play a crucial role in ensuring clinical trial subjects remain engaged, compliant, and safe during our dietary-focused trials.

Responsibilities:

Remote Patient Guidance:

• Motivate, guide and support clinical trial subjects in adhering to dietary regimens, helping them achieve their goals through the trial
• Utilize an evolving digital health app as the primary means of patient communication to promote compliance and adherence to study diets
• Monitor weight, survey data, and lab work of enrolled trial participants for compliance and safety, collaborating with Clinical Operations team and medical team to ensure optimal communication.
• Document patient interactions in Faeth’s HIPAA Compliant Care App

Process Improvement for Patient Care:

• Pilot innovative processes and product feature enhancements, enabling the scaling of patient care while maintaining a high standard of day-to-day patient support

Culinary Support:

• Collaborate with Operations and Culinary teams to develop and deliver medical food meals and supplements directly to patients
• Provide assistance to the Culinary team in the development of new and revised specialty diets

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credential
• Prior experience working directly with patients in an outpatient setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate study subjects
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust to rapidly changing environment and have a knack for solving problems
• Identify as a “doer” - you’re ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Extremely organized, with a passion for using data-driven metrics to enhance clinical effectiveness
• A strong desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of study subjects and the advancement of nutrition science

Preferred:

• Experience working in an iterative, fast-paced startup environment
• Experience working with ketogenic diets
• Competence in oncology nutrition
• Spanish-speaking preferred
• Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, and Zoom for internal and patient communications
